Admission Circular 2022-23
National University has issued its 2022-23 admission circular and it details application, fees and other important aspects.
Admission requirements to Honours programs require at least 3.00 GPA in SSC and HSC exams taken between 2021-2022. Those applying must also present results from both exams in 2021-2022 for consideration.
After filling out an application form online, it is necessary to upload photographs at the time of online submission. Images must be 120×150 pixels in size (maximum 50kb).
An applicant should provide his personal mobile number when filling out the application form so National University can send an OTP or One time password directly to his phone and give him the ability to cancel or modify his submission at anytime. He then can either change their picture or withdraw their application as necessary.
NU Honours admission results will be published within two weeks after you complete the online application process, and can be checked via SMS or on our website.
Admission Fees
Admission fees are an integral component of college costs, but financial aid could help offset them and related expenses. Scholarships, loans and grants provide funds that bridge any gaps between your resources and educational costs.
As a general rule, admissions to four-year colleges or universities require at least a high school transcript and may also request either SAT/ACT scores. Many also have agreements in place with other institutions to enable transfer students to complete their bachelor’s degrees at these four-year institutions.
National University is a private university located in San Diego, California and accredited by the International Assembly for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE). Offering over 80 academic degrees on its California campuses as well as online, as well as its focus on science and technology research development; over 26,000 students hailing from 82 different nations have made National their home since their opening.
Admission Procedure
At the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, admissions decisions are determined based on a comprehensive review by admissions professionals in our office and academic communities to which you have applied. This assessment takes into account factors like high school performance, coursework rigor and other considerations.
Reviewers consider your personal statement, major-specific questions, activities list, honors received and leadership experiences when reviewing applications. It is essential that applicants make every attempt to present themselves accurately and comprehensively during this review process.
First-year students requiring admission must submit either an American College Testing (ACT) program test score or the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) results as part of their admission requirements. Both these exams can be found online or with high school counselors.
As part of the admissions process, transferable credit from other postsecondary institutions is also taken into consideration. Up to 78 graded transferable credits may be accepted for first-year degree programs and 45 for certificate programs.
Admission Instruction
National University accepts students based on their academic record, test scores, interviews, professional experience, motivation and educational objectives. We suggest applying six months before their session begins for maximum consideration.
In most countries, university admission is overseen by a central organization or government agency responsible for administering admission tests and processing applications. While systems may differ depending on your country of choice and institution of choice, in general these systems exist as guidelines that determine admission policies across institutions and governments alike.
Example: Germany uses an entrance exam called Abitur as their main admissions examination for prospective students to matriculate into college; those who pass may choose freely which subject fields they enroll in; however, in certain subjects a numerus clausus system exists that must also be followed.
Universities have the freedom to set their admission requirements, taking into consideration extracurricular activities and achievements as well. Most programs will request a portfolio containing basic information about a student’s achievements, extracurricular activities and extracurricular participation – scores such as TGAT or TPAT may also be taken into consideration.
