Dinner in Des Moines, Iowa, could be something to look out for when visiting the Des Moines area. With so many options, it can be difficult to find what you need. The city centre has everything from the best bars to Mexican and Italian bars.
If you are looking for something new, you may want to visit Centro (chen-tro). It’s a bit of an upscale restaurant in Des Moines, but it’s great for those who want to try Italian.
If you’re looking for an extremely popular restaurant with a relaxed environment, the zombie burger is perfect for your needs. The zombie burger has almost everything, and you can dine both inside and out! You will definitely want to stay here, whether it’s lunch or dinner.
There are also many “unknown” restaurants in downtown Des Moines. They are not completely unknown, but you would not know about their existence, if you did not investigate them!
Des Moines restaurants are hard to predict. Do you plan to eat outside on a Friday or Saturday night? You may have to pre-order, as the city is always very crowded. With concerts in the city centre at some of the new bars and a new batch of young students you should definitely plan ahead!
As for restaurants that you may like, there are Spaghetti Works next door. With all your popular and well-known Italian dishes, Spaghetti Works is sure to find something you like. Don’t like spaghetti? Don’t worry, I’m sure there’s something on the menu that you want to buy.
Want a delicious steak or burger? Don’t look any further than Chop House. Chop House has a good menu of steaks, burgers, soups and seafood. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant in Des Moines during your stay as they have great steaks!
How about a fast and relaxed restaurant? Maybe tacos? Located in the city centre, Tasty Tacos offers a wide range of Mexican cuisine, not just tacos! All prices are reasonable and this is a great stop to have a quick snack at a reasonable price.
The last offer I want to make is O’Hana’s Steakhouse. With great food suppliers they easily have one of the best steaks in town. O’Hana’s SteakHouse is also known for its delicious scallops in the sauce. If I have one recommendation for you, check out O’Hana’s Steakhouse before you even think about leaving Des Moines!
